    the bidet has worked perfectly for 6 months and I see no reason that it should not keep on going. The bidet is part of my thinking that the loo area is a health centre rather than an unmentionable centre. I have included a foam hand dispenser and a hand air dryer. Also we tried it on the old pan to evaluate it before buying the top of the range Caroma Flex pan and hidden cistern- you need the extra space to feel uncluttered. It took about 6 weeks to get into a comfortable routine with the gear but now I am apprehensive of going to so called 5 star hotels without this necessity. Two people use it 6 times a day. The only problem I have is that we cant see the buttons at night on the unit and that means a night light has to be installed as we dont want to turn main lights on. Couldnt be happier;

    We decided to buy a Bidet Toilet seat after experiencing them in Japan. The model we chose was the C520 as we didn’t need a remote control. The order was promptly shipped and it took me an hour to install it, although an experienced handyman could do it in less time. It’s just a matter of connecting the water supply and finding a power outlet. It really is worth the money and will value to our house if we sell up in the future. Our friends who have been to Japan keep talking about getting one, maybe they will after sitting on ours. Highly recommended.

    Great service – ordered it on tuesday – delivered on friday to Qld. It is the second one of these as I ordered this one for my brother – so I already knew of their quality. My C520 replaced an old one I bought 7 years ago after a trip to Japan! This is a step up on my old one – which was a top of the line model in 2008. thanks guys SjS

    This bidet seat is exactly what we had hoped it would be. Pros- It functions as advertised. Cleans, warms and much better than paper alone. The support from the fine folks at this site was really good. Prompt, courteous and we couldn’t have done it without them. Cons- Fitting it is difficult. Push it in till it clicks or it won’t work properly. This is a safety feature of the seat, to ensure it is securely fastened to the basin. Tips- If you can, buy the extended seat. Women don’t need the extended seat. Men will appreciate it. Also, once you’re done doing your business you should lift the seat and check underneath it. Using the more powerful features can cause splashback from the bowl up to the lower surface of the seat. A quick wipe will keep this clean. All things considered, we’re extremely happy with this seat and we’re recommending them to everyone we know.

    Wonderful – would never go back to just paper. Having the remote on the wall within easy reach has been very convenient. This unit uses fast heating, so there’s a 1 second or so delay before you get warm water, but i haven’t found it significant. While you usually only need 1 cycle, you can get as much warm water as you need without having to wait for more to heat up. While i partially bought this unit because it has some advanced features – eg pulse – i found that after a few weeks getting used to it, i just went with the vanilla settings. Either way, this bidet can remember your preferred settings, so all you need to press after setting them up is one button. Apart from features and looks, i settled on this DIB unit because it came with a standard two year warranty. Most other bidets – even more expensive ones – have a 1 year warranty that you pay to extend. All in all, i’ve had this bidet a few months and it’s been very reliable – i’m very happy with it.

    I was a little dubious, but after using it I am giving 5 stars. I really miss it when I travel! It is by far the most hygienic way to wash. Very gentle on piles – just wash and pat dry. It fitted on my Caroma perfectly and looks modern and sleek. My daughter in law went to the toilet and turned it on before seating, gave her quite a squirt! Ha ha. Has it all – price, effectiveness, simple installation savings on paper.

    I am quite happy with the bidet except for one thing. In a high pressure area the water jet can be painful. I re-drilled the holes with a one millimeter diam drill bit to give a gentler wash that uses a fuller jet of water. It is now perfect for me.
