Installation Requirement

Please make sure that the existing toilet seat can be removed and there is tap next to the toilet.
This bidet attachment is suitable for round type toilet pans, if the toilet pan is back to wall we do suggest LB5000 D Shape version
10 cm clearance is required on the control panel side.

    I am quite happy with the bidet except for one thing. In a high pressure area the water jet can be painful. I re-drilled the holes with a one millimeter diam drill bit to give a gentler wash that uses a fuller jet of water. It is now perfect for me.

    I was a little dubious, but after using it I am giving 5 stars. I really miss it when I travel! It is by far the most hygienic way to wash. Very gentle on piles – just wash and pat dry. It fitted on my Caroma perfectly and looks modern and sleek. My daughter in law went to the toilet and turned it on before seating, gave her quite a squirt! Ha ha. Has it all – price, effectiveness, simple installation savings on paper.

    I have now purchased 4 of these LB1000.. They are superb.. Easy to install, no power required, function 100% and obviously provide all the benifits of a bidet.. Every toilet should have one.. If you are thinking of a bidet get one of these [ormore if you have several bathrooms!] You wont be disappointed

    I had never used a bidet before, but I am so glad I purchased this. I’ll never go without one in my home again. The only trouble I had, is that the seat doesn’t sit all the way down because of the attachment, but I think that is more to do with the seat than the bidet. Totally recommend.

    The shipping for NSW was fast, I received the product 2 days after purchase. It was quick and easy to install and it arrived with Teflon Tape which was awesome because I thought I would have to go buy some. We just need to get use to the pressure and adjusting it so it’s not a shock.

Right from the beginning of my initial enquiry about bidets, through to the subsequent purchase, installation and after sales follow-up, the service has been outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a bidet. Kevin was very patient with all my questions. He provided information and helpful advice regarding what toilet I needed to match the bidet seat dimensions. He was happy to hold my purchase until my new toilet was installed. Delivery was prompt and when I called up about the seat more than a year later, Kevin continued to be very helpful and courteous, resolving the matter in no time. I don’t normally do reviews but for bidets online I will make an exception. :) My bidet got lost during delivery. Kevin the owner stepped up and sent out a new bidet to me anyway despite making a loss. I’m extremely appreciative of Kevin’s effort and kindness especially during these hard COVID times. I highly recommend bidets online for future bidet purchasers.

The true test of a business is the support they provide after a sale. Unfortunately a 3yr old DIB seat had some issues and stopped working. I must admit I was initially sceptical that the seat could be repaired for a reasonable price. To my surprise the seat has ended up pretty much fully refurbished and for an incredibly reasonable price. My thanks to Kevin at Bidets Online for providing such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing or using Kevin’s company again. Outstanding!
