Requirements for Non-Electronic Bidet Seats
We have two different sizes, Round Shape and D Shape. Round shape is recommended for close coupled toilets . If you have your tap in the cistern please leave a note that you need the ''Alternative fitting''.

If we can not solve the problem by sending the right spare part, we will ask you to send the bidet back to us. Once it's fixed we will ship your bidet to you for free.

I don’t normally do reviews but for bidets online I will make an exception. :) My bidet got lost during delivery. Kevin the owner stepped up and sent out a new bidet to me anyway despite making a loss. I’m extremely appreciative of Kevin’s effort and kindness especially during these hard COVID times. The true test of a business is the support they provide after a sale. Unfortunately a 3yr old DIB seat had some issues and stopped working. I must admit I was initially sceptical that the seat could be repaired for a reasonable price. To my surprise the seat has ended up pretty much fully refurbished and for an incredibly reasonable price. My thanks to Kevin at Bidets Online for providing such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing or using Kevin’s company again. Outstanding!

This is much better than the older model. The connection is on the correct side, it is more rounded and suits aussie loo’s much better. It sits flatter and more comfortable and feels reasonably solid all the connections are metal and much higher quality. I really have no complaints, head and shoulders over the last model.
