The C430 arrived in record time. The person I spoke to at bidetsonline was knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that I had the right kit to fit the seat. I fitted the whole think in less than 1 hour and I needed to use the micro bore tubing as the water connection was inside the cistern.
The bidet itself works very well, is high quality and easy to use.

Great product. Fitting is easy even if you have a close coupled system. Customer service has been really good. I was missing a few components in the pack which they later sent.

Requirements for Electronic Bidet Seats

A bidet seat basically replaces your existing toilet seat. All you need is a tap next to the toilet and a power point within 1.5 meters. If you have your tap in the cistern please leave a note that you need the ''Alternative fitting''.

He provided information and helpful advice regarding what toilet I needed to match the bidet seat dimensions. He was happy to hold my purchase until my new toilet was installed. I don’t normally do reviews but for bidets online I will make an exception. :) My bidet got lost during delivery. Kevin the owner stepped up and sent out a new bidet to me anyway despite making a loss. I’m extremely appreciative of Kevin’s effort and kindness especially during these hard COVID times. The true test of a business is the support they provide after a sale. Unfortunately a 3yr old DIB seat had some issues and stopped working. I must admit I was initially sceptical that the seat could be repaired for a reasonable price. To my surprise the seat has ended up pretty much fully refurbished and for an incredibly reasonable price. My thanks to Kevin at Bidets Online for providing such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing or using Kevin’s company again. Outstanding!
